Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Mixture does not take responsibility for shipments after the carrier has taken possession. Any lost packages, damages caused by the carrier, or stolen items will need to be claimed directly with the carrier, either UPS or USPS. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Carrier options include UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express. Estimated ship times will be provided by the carrier along with a tracking number.
Local delivery
Mixture does not offer local delivery.
In-store pickup
Mixture does not have a store-front and does not offer in-store pickup.
International Shipping
Mixture does not offer international shipping. Please reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@madebymixture.com with any questions.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@madebymixture.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please contact our customer service team, customerservice@madebymixture.com, if you have any difficulties with entering a PO box address during checkout. We would be more than happy to assist.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Mixture products are made to order. Because of this we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible, ideally within 5 days of delivery, at customerservice@madebymixture.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
