Refund policy

Mixture products are handmade to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to this. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you can always contact us at customerservice@madebymixture.com.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Refunds
In the case of damages, missing product, or other issues with the order where a refund is offered by Mixture, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
